Brandlab is a specialist research company set up in 2000 to focus on the consumer purchasing decision: how and why people buy.We concentrate on the motivations that lie behind the purchase, looking at the product’s brand values and the shopping environment in-store where the purchase is actually made.
Self-completion questionnaires, face-to-face interviews, focus groups, observed shopping, in-store video, online surveys - the full range of research techniques is used.
